Why can't the centrifuge stop quickly?

There is a question from our sales manager. One of the high speed centrifuge can stop it from 12000rpm to 0 just use 9 seconds. How to this happen? Can we do this? Is it safe for us?

With this questions, I asked to our boss.

1.We can do this high speed centrifuge, but if we product this centrifuge, it will be affect the centrifugal effect. And sometimes The test tube will split open。Then the laboratory can't get the right test result. So our boss told us we will not product this centrifuge.

2.To offer the safe laboratory equipment for the customer, there are some laboratory accident happened in these years. This threatens the personal safety of laboratory staff。So we want to provide the safety centrifuge equipment to the customer.

3.Our centrifuge have 10 speed acceleration and 10 speed reduction rate control.
